My name is Julie Sturgeon and I am the owner and designer of The Fresh Blossom, a floral design studio here in Charlotte, N.C. I have been doing event floristry part-time for about 5 years now, and decided to offer my services full-time, as it is truly my passion. My husband and I recently moved to the area all the way from Long Beach, California, so it seemed to be the perfect time!
With all my clients, I strive to understand your vision to create a beautiful design that will complement your wedding or event. Your preferences are key to my work in creatively designing unique bouquets, centerpieces and other florals that reflect quality and style at modest prices. Whether you are looking for a romantic vintage type look, rustic themed, or a more modern style, I can find a way to make your ideas come to life in the flowers for your event.
I love using interesting types and combinations of flowers, as well as finishing touches that show care in the details. I work hard to ensure that your flowers are stunning, down to the smallest fix of an out of place petal!
